Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or experience working in technical delivery position
- +2 years experience working in a technical delivery role managing the delivery of development teams
- Some knowledge in SharePoint, Power Platform, Data Migrations to Cloud
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English level: advanced)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience leading Scrum Teams
- Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with uncertainty
- Works well under pressure and has sense of urgency in all work
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization skills with an eye for continuous improvement
- Previous consulting experience would be an asset
