Business Solutions Specialist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Global Corporate Functions Technology by executing specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Performs business analysis activities, including understanding business objectives, planning, and managing requirements.
• Contributes to and maintains a repository of reusable requirements documentation.
• Ensures the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.
• Provides production support and ad-hoc inquiries from business stakeholders on the technology solutions for Global Corporate Functions team.
