Requirements

• Lead analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements

• Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams
• Design and optimize payment processes
• Perform gap analysis, root cause assessments, and release readiness reviews
• Act as a subject matter expert for payment-related projects and operational improvements
• Monitor post-implementation performance and incident resolution
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members
