Business System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Business Banking Technology team. In this role, you will manage relationships with Business stakeholders, champion end-to-end requirement cycle, elicit and document requirements, analyze business processes, and translate those requirements into functional specifications for technical teams to develop and implement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience working with a large back or a major financial service company
• Experience working in application systems that support credit advancement/lending/loans/credit adjudication/customer onboarding
• Experience with SQL and ability to run database queries to extract data from MS SQL or Oracle databases
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze the data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements-gathering techniques
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Business, or Information Systems is a plus
• Experience in commercial banking applications is an asset
• Knowledge of commercial banking products is an asset
