Business Systems Analyst

Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. The Product Onboarding Engineering Team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in financial/IT industry or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of system design, data modeling, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills, followed by good ability to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations and solutions to complex and multi-dimensional problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build consensus and obtain cooperation from stakeholders, as well as time management and organizational skills to effectively manage deliverables, and planning of resources.
• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks/competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio or equivalent an asset
• Under-graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
