Requirements
- Be a trusted counselor for our Canadian Network clients
- Handle a high volume of calls from our Canadian Network clients
- Provide each client with a personalized and memorable experience
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and results-driven approach
- Excellent typing speed
- High school diploma (or recognized equivalent)
- Fluency in French and English
