IT Software Asset Manager

The Software IT Asset Manager is responsible for managing and complying with software licenses for the organization, monitoring license enforcement, and performing periodic reviews to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) expertise across on-premise and SaaS
• Proven experience establishing software and SaaS governance frameworks, policies, and standards in a large enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to drive SaaS visibility and spend optimization, including usage analysis and license rationalization
• Strong experience managing strategic software vendors and licensing models, including renewals, utilization reviews, and audit readiness
• Ability to deliver executive-level reporting and insights on software usage, spend, risk, and optimization outcomes
