Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business, finance, HR, or related field
- 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or strategic operations roles
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving technology-enabled process improvements, and ensuring governance and stakeholder adoption
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects in a global or complex organizational environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior leadership and influencing stakeholders
