Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or strategic operations roles
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving technology-enabled process improvements, and ensuring governance and stakeholder adoption
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects in a global or complex organizational environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior leadership and influencing stakeholders
