Requirements
- An undergraduate degree, college diploma and/or equivalent related experience
- High degree of fluency in English required; French/Spanish desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a corporate or government security department or organization with similar complexity to Scotiabank’s operations
- Experience in developing and managing key performance indictors (KPIs), risk dashboards, and compliance reporting
- Experience in supporting and/or leading high-performance teams
- Experience in operational planning and execution
- Financial industry physical security experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with physical security measures, current innovations/technologies, and applications
