Requirements

• Experience in business operations, operational risk, compliance, regulatory reform, or front office support functions within a capital markets environment.
• Knowledge of the derivatives trade lifecycle and associated regulatory reporting processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and reporting logic across multiple regimes.
• Familiarity with trade repositories and reporting logic engines.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
