Job Description
Senior Hardware Asset Management Analyst responsible for managing the Bank's hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle, maintaining hardware model database, and tracking assets with aged or end of life models.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2+ years of hands-on working experience in an IT Asset Management role
- Experience with Asset and Reporting modules within Service Now
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification
- Post secondary education in Computer Science or related field
