The Senior Manager GRM Wealth Management is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient maintenance of a designated portfolio of loans at an acceptable level of risk by exercising sound credit judgment, in approving, restructuring, and recommending applications, monitoring credit quality, and overall portfolio conditions.
Requirements
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's products and services
- Solid understanding of Private Banking lending policies and procedures, financial analysis, risk assessment, credit structuring, collateral and security documentation and registration, collection, related legislation and accounting practices
- Solid understanding of the Bank's operating policies and procedures
- Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in order to produce informative, concise and professional credit replies, presentations and correspondence
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is not required, but could be an asset given geographic scope of the team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to make decisions, frequently in the face of uncertainty, and clearly communicate rationale for decisions
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance. MBA, CMA, CFA, CA, or other finance designations are an asset
- Several years of progressive credit adjudication, commercial/corporate/real estate credit, banking experience, or related equivalent experience is strongly preferred
