Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in banking/finance, leading strategic initiatives and large-scale projects
- Solid understanding of key HR areas, including HR policies, regulation, and reporting requirements in global environments
- Strong knowledge of governance and strategic management
- Proven experience of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
- Mastery in time management, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Deep understanding of best practices in change management
- Strategic thinking, influence, and communication skills at all levels
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make decisions based on information
- Ability to manage ambiguity and develop creative and practical solutions
- Ability to translate organizational objectives into concrete plans and actions
- Competence to align projects with corporate priorities and risk appetite
