We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to enhance the holidays for our guests, ensuring they get the best out of their stay with us. This role involves building excellent relationships with hotel partners, problem-solving, and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Clear spoken and written English
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent numeric, administrative and organisational skills
• The ability to multitask
• The availability to work for the season - early May to early November
