Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Strong Powertrain technical fundamentals
- 7+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Experience with common project/program management tools
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including accountability, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, and succinct communication
