Lead, AI Infrastructure & Governance Lead

As the Lead, AI Infrastructure & Governance Lead, you will architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure, work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance, and implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
• Program Management experience including reporting and documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.
