Scout Motors is revolutionizing the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace and is seeking a Lead, People Analytics to transform workforce data into insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve employee experience, and enable leaders to build a thriving, high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Develop and own the organization's People Analytics strategy & roadmap.
- Partner with Employee Experience, HRBP's, Talent Management, Total Rewards, IT and senior leadership to understand data needs and define scalable solutions.
- Champion a culture of data literacy across the HR function and organization.
- Analyze HR data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs.
- Communicate findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Oversee data quality, data governance, and standardization across HR systems.
- Establish data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and automated reporting for leaders at all levels.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis (e.g. turnover, retention, performance, engagement, workforce planning)
