Job Description
As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you'll focus on middle-market transactions, serving dynamic organizations with experienced professionals who bring a full range of advisory services to validate, optimize and create value for the Transaction Advisory Practice.
Requirements
- Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers
- Examine & analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital impacts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and train senior associates and associates
- Assess performance of senior associates and associates for engagement and year-end reviews
