Fund Accountant Manager - FAAS

We are seeking a Fund Accountant Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in fund accounting and experience in the asset management sector. They will be responsible for providing expertise to clients, improving NAV production and other fund administration-related processes, and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the financial services / asset management industry
• Appropriate professional qualification
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in fund accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve under pressure
• Strong experience in fund accounting, with the ability to converse with clients and their clients on a technical level
• Experience in a variety of fund types / structures
• Experience in a variety of fund administration systems
• End-to-end NAV calculation experience
• Financial Reporting knowledge and experience
• Ability to analyse client operational environments and offer process improvement and automation solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve under pressure and adapt quickly to engagements within clients’ operating environments
