Job Description
SNI Technology's client in Woodland Park, CO is seeking a talented IT Deskside Support Technician for a 4-6 month contract position with potential for permanent employment. The role involves providing hands-on and remote support within a Windows and Mac environment, including general ticket management, help-desk duties, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of overall experience in an IT Help Desk Support role
- 1 year of experience providing Tier II level support
- Windows 10/11 support experience
- Office 365 support experience
