Job Description
A real estate development and property management company in North Jersey is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects for the company.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Construction management or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Possess a strong Civil Engineering background
- Experience with precast wall systems and structural steel
- Capable of leveling bids and providing submittals to A&E
- Experience with preparing scopes of work for individual trades
- Experience with Concrete footings and foundations
- Extensive Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore
- Work well within a team
