Campaign Leadership Annual Giving Officer

The Campaign Leadership Annual Giving Officer will play a critical role in growing leadership annual gifts ($1,000-$24,999) and build a culture of philanthropy at Scripps College through the Leadership Annual Giving program.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of up to 250 alumnae and parent constituents
• Qualify new prospects, renew and upgrade existing donors, and strategically disqualify or hand off prospects when appropriate
• Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts in the $1,000–$24,999 range
• Collaborate with campus partners to understand and promote giving priorities for annual and leadership gifts
• Conduct regular donor outreach, averaging 8–10 substantive phone calls and 25 written communications per week
• Meet and exceed metrics for both dollar and donor goals
