The Lead Maintenance Mechanic will assist in developing maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. The role will oversee Building Management and Automation Systems (BMS/BAS), manage the campus-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and support campus sustainability.
Requirements
- Administer and manage the campus-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Monitor and operate campus-wide Building Management and Automation Systems (BMS/BAS)
- Diagnose and resolve system alarms, faults, and operational issues
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS/BAS hardware
- Analyze system data and trends to identify inefficiencies and implement energy conservation measures
