Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator manages daily operations of the Scripps College Community Engagement Center, including events, staffing, community partnerships, and physical space maintenance. They also conduct partnership building, manage student research fellowships, and oversee administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or any combination of education, training or experience
• Strong desire and ability to communicate and work with college students, college professors, and community organizations
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to develop and conduct presentations and training sessions
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
