Kitchen Equipment Technician I - Cloister (Full-Time)

This position is responsible for the overall repairs and maintenance of Sea Island property, including but not limited to equipment, furnishings, plumbing, heating and air, and building maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum five to six (5-6) years experience in related field
• CFC (Chloroflorocarbans/EPA) required and Universal HVAC&R Trade License(s) preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent credentials
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with power and manual hand tools
• Valid Driver’s License
• Favorable driving history
