Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to various departments throughout the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, and experience in administrative work.
Requirements
- At least three (3) months of recent administrative work experience
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills in programs such as MS Word, and Outlook, with a basic-intermediate level in Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform and prioritize a variety of administrative assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
