Mechanic Assistant (Packaging Line)

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience repairing industrial equipment in a packaging plant or warehouse
• Experience with equipment maintenance, repairs, operations, and maintenance programs
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
• Ability to accurately process alpha/numeric information
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong initiative
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees
• Ability to think logically, follow procedures, instructions, and make sound decisions
• Ability to exercise independent judgement within established systems and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
