Job Description
Seabreeze Management Company is a full-service property management firm seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure the building is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year related job experience
- Valid state issued driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on call as needed
- Availability to work Sunday-Thursday 12:00 pm –8:30 pm
