Requirements
- Hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate and interact well with team members and residents
- Knowledge of deadline management and meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Outlook
