Job Description
Responsible for the region's lines of businesses, including Commercial & Treasury, and referral responsibilities for Retail, Residential, Wealth Management and Marketing. Develops and implements effective strategic business plans to increase market share.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Business with emphasis in economics, accounting, and marketing preferred
- 12-15 years previous commercial lending experience
- Experience in analysis and approval of all commercial credits
- Experience in Wealth Management Services and fiduciary responsibilities
- Experience in Consumer Banking to include Retail Lending, Residential Lending and Branch Administration
- Experience in development of new business office site selection and marketing strategies
