Requirements
- Proven experience (5–10 years) in B2B sales of complex solutions, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Preferably experienced in maritime or logistics (e.g., inland/coastal shipping, ports, terminals)
- Skilled communicator and negotiator with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Driven by growth and impact, with a proactive "hunter" mentality and high energy
- Fluent in Dutch and French and highly proficient in English
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel frequently and maintain strong team connection across borders
