Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or a related technical domain.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical, customer or service support within a technical environment (software and hardware).
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills. Professional in contact with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, accurate and analytical with attention to detail. Apply 5-Why analysis.
- Thinks logically and structured.
- Technical and mechanical affinity - especially with IT (IIS, SQL, HTML, Windows, Servers, Networking, Programming languages) and hardware.
- Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management Framework.
