Job Description
Sealed Air is seeking a hands-on, production-focused Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts within our Louisville manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or technical degree preferred
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency interpreting: Electrical schematics, P&IDs, Mechanical layouts and designs
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Management tools
