Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with advanced PLC and controls expertise to support our state-of-the-art Bubble and Foam Extrusion Plant. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive troubleshooting abilities across electrical systems, mechanical processes, and pneumatic/hydraulic components.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, HMI interfaces, and industrial control systems.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Practical experience in maintaining and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of bulk material handling equipment (loaders, hoppers, vacuum systems).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision measurement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
