Job Description
This role is for a night shift Maintenance Technician at Sealed Air in Bedford, OH. The job involves installing, repairing, improving, and maintaining complex machinery and facilities to support plant goals of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a general maintenance work background with primary strength in electrical, as well as experience with industrial control systems, electrical/electronic, general welding, machining, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Requirements
- General maintenance work background with primary strength in electrical
- Experience with industrial control systems, including AC/DC motors, AC/DC drives, motor starters, speed feedback, transducers, and programmable controllers
- Proficiency in reading hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and ladder logic/control diagrams
- Skilled in electrical/electronic, general welding, machining, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and possible off-shift
