Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager role assisting in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, supporting subcontractor buyout and procurement, managing project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, and coordinating with field teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction (APM, Project Engineer, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
