Job Description
The Chief Product Officer will define and lead the long-term product vision, platform strategy, and category positioning for the company. This role is widely regarded as one of the most critical leadership positions in the company’s next phase of growth, responsible for guiding the platform’s evolution from a Salesforce-focused product into a multi-source enterprise data platform supporting backup, compliance, analytics, and AI across major enterprise ecosystems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product management
- 5+ years in senior product leadership roles (VP Product or CPO)
- Experience helping scale enterprise platforms through significant revenue growth stages (approximately $15M–$50M ARR)
- Experience working within private equity-backed or high-growth enterprise technology companies
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and strategic accounts
