Chief Product Officer

Spectralink seeks a visionary and operationally excellent Chief Product Officer to lead the full lifecycle of its product portfolio, serving as the architect of its product strategy and championing its Product Operating Model across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive product management experience
• At least 8 years in a senior product leadership role
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or scaling a Product Operating Model
• Proven track record of bringing hardware and/or SaaS products from concept to commercialization in B2B markets
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at Board level and with major enterprise customers
