Job Description
Project Manager position responsible for making a positive impact on project prosperity and stability through leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, in budget, and with quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Pre-Construction Duties: Perform duties as directed by Senior Project Manager, train and develop Project Engineers, define and lead all pre-construction activities, review project estimates, and purchase materials and subcontractors.
- Construction Duties: Manage subcontractors, update project documents, continuously monitor project budgets, visit job site weekly, and conduct quality control inspections.
- Maintain a productive working relationship with project team, HG staff, owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
