Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for making a major positive impact on assigned projects, providing leadership, and ensuring projects are completed on time, in budget, and with quality, professionalism, and integrity.
Requirements
- Perform duties as directed by Senior Project Manager
- Train and develop Project Engineers
- Define and lead all pre-construction activities
- Review project estimates and assist with Value Engineering Process
- Purchase materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders
- Conduct Construction Plan Meetings and formulate construction schedule
- Obtain permits, contract documents, and distribute to HGCI personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain project files, submittals, and RFIs
- Define manpower requirements and finalize manpower loading chart
- Establish project budget and cost codes
- Provide Unsurpassed Customer Service
- Manage subcontractors, update documents, and monitor project budgets
- Conduct quality control inspections, attend meetings, and prepare change orders
