Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the engineering and design execution of custom steel structural projects from concept through fabrication and construction support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural or load-bearing design (steel, industrial, heavy civil, or similar)
- Strong understanding of structural behavior, steel systems, and foundation design
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and producing structural and fabrication drawings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
