Senior Structural/ Welding Design Engineer

Lanco is seeking a Senior Structural/Welding Design Engineer to play a hands-on, technical leadership role within the engineering team, contributing to the design and development of new, existing, and prototype products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and experience reviewing designs for code compliance, as well as expertise in structural and mechanical connections, including sizing and validating bolted, pinned, and welded joints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical and/or structural design engineering
• Experience with 3D design environments, such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of industry standards and experience reviewing designs for code compliance
• Expertise in structural and mechanical connections, including sizing and validating bolted, pinned, and welded joints
