Job Description
Now Hiring: Senior Superintendent | Commercial Construction. The Senior Superintendent will play a key leadership role across multiple projects, supervising Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, shaping field operations standards, and ensuring safety, quality, and client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience
- 5+ years in a Superintendent role with leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience managing multiple complex commercial projects (healthcare, higher-ed, life sciences preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- MA Construction Supervisor License (required)
