Job Description
We are partnered with a New England-based general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations from pre-construction through closeout, requiring 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Procore and OSHA certification.
Requirements
- Lead all day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Support pre-construction planning, including logistics, phasing, and scheduling strategy
- Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules and track project milestones
- Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals
- Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in Procore and internal systems
