Job Description
Assists the Culinary Director in day-to-day culinary operations, including menu creation, food purchasing, staff management, and quality standards. Performs all levels of cooking and oversees kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years cooking experience in a fine dining environment
- Culinary graduate preferred
- High school or GED graduate
- Ability to read, comprehend and provide instructions in English
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficient in Outlook and Internet applications
