They are seeking a Case Management Specialist to oversee a team of case managers, providing supervision, training, and support. This is a partial caseload role offering experience working with clients and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field
• At least four years providing case management services
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to provide ongoing travel
