Job Description
Seasons Center is seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist to provide FFT services to youth and families in the Northwest Iowa region. The role involves providing clinical guidance, overseeing a team of therapists, ensuring fidelity to the FFT model, and achieving positive client outcomes. Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals mental illnesses
- Some travel is required
