Job Description
The Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist develops corporate-led procurement programs to deliver benefits to the organization. The role is responsible for managing sourcing, bid administration, contract drafting, negotiation, and administration for the procurement of goods and services. This is a 12-month limited term employment opportunity.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant discipline (Business, Economic or Law preferred)
- Completion of Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) education program or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional business teams
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, contract law, and competitive bidding
