The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible for supporting Supply Chain personnel with the competitive bidding process and administration of subcontracts and undertaking administrative tasks in support of new vessels constructed by Seaspan’s Vancouver Shipyards.
Requirements
- Draft, review and distribute contractually sensitive information including letters, notices, meeting minutes
- Administer and maintain department records and files
- Provide administrative assistance to the SCM New Construction team
