Provide high-level guest service and satisfaction as a key member of the Busch Gardens team. Lead team to deliver superior guest service, provide menu and park information, and ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations, and needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in high volume Food & Beverage operations
- Successfully pass ServSafe exam prior to starting
- Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection
- Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card
